Hi all. I'm new. 26 single mom to an almost 6 year olds, full time worker, part time graduate student. But I'm ready for change. Been living everything... Good and bad... The past few days I notice I'm great all day but night is my struggle. I tend to snack especially on sweets. Anyone else experience that?

something I love to put in my salads....fruit. It gives my salads sweetness and helps me cut back on the dressing. my salad for lunch today is a spring mix, cucumbers, orange sweet pepper, blueberries, 2 slices of turkey, an egg, shredded mont jack cheese, and literally a tbsp. and a half of strawberry balsamic dressing.
