Thank you ever so much, Im loving all the feed back from the community. Think im gonna do a mixture of all the techniques depending on the meal, time of day, how many is eating etc. Deffo gonna try and weigh everything out for some meals and then take my portion. Thanks for the advice.

Feel free, to add me, I've also had my account for ages and have not been able to keep at it, maybe having a reason to log (i.e. someone else can see it) will urge me to log and keep it up long enough to make it into a habit.

Think thats what made is a little strange and why I haven't done it before. I.e. the idea of having to weigh out my own food but leaving theirs, means that I sort of get in the way when they are dishing it out in the kitchen. Looks like they are just gonna have to get used to it I think. However I can just write it down orβ¦

I'm gonna buy a set of food scales at the end of the week when payday gets around. π Fingers crossed it will make my weightloss more sustainable and accurate.

Oh sorry man, didnt get the notification to my phone XD. Erm im trying to lose around 3st. I eat anywhere between 2300-2600 calories per day, however somedays its not the most healthy diet, i.e. could be like half a pack of biscuits. (oops) I do get three regular meals everyday, the times can change depending when I get upβ¦
