This is what I'm attempting this time. Every day (at least to start with) just doing one thing that helps me towards my goal. Even if it's just changing the cereal I eat. This may only be a small change and not actually help immediately but it's building a habit of picking the healthier option.

UK Here, I've always had a problem with making sure I am eating in correct portions. Recently bought some food scales but atm my diet is all over the place xD My biggest advice would be keep ffod around that you can eat without it causing too much of a disturbance to your goals.

I used to be the same where I would spend 30/40 mins on my phone whilst laying in bed. I found an app that means I can block certain apps until a certain time.
