To Date Your Biggest Non-Scale Victory

For sure that would be my blood sugar, which was the reason I started losing weight in the first place. I went from borderline diabetic (officially diabetic by some measures) to middle of normal.
Congratulations on your achievement, that's no small feat!4 -
Gyms finally re-opened again today here and I was excited to book a 4pm time. Nice to be back. My non-scale victory was that I stuck to a consistant home workout program the last 2 months and had the energy to keep up wth my old gym routines:)3

my victory today is waking with my 1st alarm (extremely rare for me!) and heading straight to the gym instead of covering my head and going back to sleep.4

One of the biggest to date is having to add an extra hole to and then subsequently buying a new belt.5

Was guilt tripped into going to the gym this morning when I was grumpy and in a self loathing mood. But when I got there I made the choice to work hard until I felt proud of myself instead of doing a low effort waste time workout. Felt much better during and after. omg was immensely hard to get going when I normally would have quit. So proud of my choice.5

I went on a week-long camping trip and forgot to bring both my food scale and body scale. I normally gain weight on vacation and have often dropped-out upon returning. This time I came back a little over two pounds lighter and am back to logging. I credit my success with daily hiking, evening walks around the campground, abstaining from alcohol, IF, moderated portion sizes, and allowing some treats, including a delicious mushroom/cheese omelet and home fries at a diner one morning. It feels good knowing that I can still be successful away from home and without my usual tools.6

I think the change in my sef-esteem, mood, and outlook has been the biggest NSV for me.
I am about halfway to goal but I already have a huge bounce in my step, I am considerably more positive, happier in general and really starting to love how I am looking these days.
It feels incredible to be getting healthier and more fit.7 -
I’m able to do a lunge. At first I hated lunges and burpees equally, but now I just hate burpees! 😂3

Burpees look like no fun just looked it up I wasn't sure what they were and now still don't want to try them!!2 -
My hips don’t have to squeeze through to get out of my car in a tight parking spot.3

Ordered two tops in a size XL. (down from a tight 3X) I haven't worn an XL for probably 30 years. So happy.🤗7

Showed someone who has only met me recently an old "before" picture. Her response was "I can't even believe this is you!"3
