Maybe not biggest, but lost memorable:
Working out in the garden in last year's jeggings, I stooped over to heft a heavy bag of mulch, and when I stood up, the pants slid down to my knees-- providing the chimney repair crew much hilarity12 -
People asking me if I played college sports, every time I wear anything with my alma mater on it.
(I was 300+ and sedentary in college)14 -

Getting through a 5 hour test, no breaks, for my krav maga green belt....or maybe setting my hiking record of 34.4 miles in a single day...
Basically being able to drop everything at any time and go/do it/get it done/kick the butts11 -

Tape measured yesterday. Over 2 inches down in waist! Officially smaller than my hips again.10

Despite the weather getting warmer and spring allergies making my hands a bit swollen, I can get my wedding ring on and off without having to soap it up.10

When i first obtained my blue belt in my Martial Arts, they had given me the biggest size available. This dojo gives "stripes" on belts to help the instructors remember what each student has learned. I looked at it after tying it and saw there wasnt going to be room for all the stripes. I just put it back on after a year hiatus and saw that now there is ample room! Also my size 20 pants keep falling down. Guess its time to move down to size 18.13

Started a healthy habit calendar where I earn stars each time I stick to my habits.
Each month I add 1 more habit.
January thru April completed successfully.14 -

My biggest NSV to date is building the habit of tracking my daily nutrition and exercise here in MFP. I feel as though I’ve shifted out of the short term mindset of dieting to a lifelong approach to eating right and exercising regularly. It’s interesting that, for me, the ‘biggest’ NSV is actually a more subtle and gradual habit building. I haven’t changed as much physically as others have posted on this thread; but, I moved from an overweight BMI to the ‘normal’ range (i.e., 168 to 135). So, while it may not be as powerful an impact or result from a MFP overall perspective, it’s made a huge difference in terms of my personal well-being and ability to maintain a lifetime of health.10

Not just a great shift in mindset, but 168 to 135 is no small feat either! That is fantastic!6 -
I'm 49, and currently I wear a smaller band on my bra than I did when I was 16 and am now wearing the same size clothing I was in high school. 55 pound loss and I'm not done yet, I've got about 70 more pounds to go.10

I Also just noticed going from 161.0lbs to 147.8 put me in a healthy BMI and I felt 2 things: 1. Mad that I had been above a healthy BMI & 2. Relieved I was fully in a healthy range for BMI not just barley within healthy. I'm 13lbs down 2 months and didn't think to check BMI originally.5 -

I bought some size 14 slacks yesterday. Last time I wore 14s was 1977. May goal was to shop for clothing with joy, almost there. Still in a ? zone, but definitely NOT negative.8

Great job I want out of the XXXL shirts cant wait but have to stick to this and remember not to eat just to eat!!!!2
