Age - 19 Sex - Male Location - Norwich Why - Used to be a semi pro boxer, never lost a fight and was training to one day go pro then found out I had a heart condition so had to stop jusy like that and put weight on, now going back down slowly.

You've come a long way and lost so much weight and you look great, don't lose motivation now, I've had a really similar loss to yours and everyday I just looked at an old picture of myself and that motivated me and I reached my goal. You can do the same, just a little left to go. ☺

Yeah I would just look up HIIT workouts, I used to live in a shared house and worked until late so I followed an app showing what to do.

Just do a 500 deficit under your maintenance maybe avoid saturated fats as much but basically just the same ... but less.

Probably about 3 months for a really noticeable difference, that's with extreme deficit and upper/lower body split four days a week.
