That is awesome. I keep telling myself next year you are going to look and feel better at 33 than you did at 28. It may seem like a lot of time but if I did nothing then at best I'ld look the same as I do now but I'ld probably be fatter. So 1 year seems a lot better than never. @ShyCush6 I might try that. I have been riding a bike around our neighborhood but there are a lot of hills, so I'm trying to build up to going up hill.
