Kicked off May with the first Slow Roll of the season. That worked out nicely! 05.01 - 8.3 miles 05.03 - 16.3 miles 05.06 - 20.3 miles MTD = 44.9 miles

I'd like to jump in if I may! I've been cycling sporadically for the last couple of years, but I’d really like to get more serious about it this year. I’m looking forward to being capable of some longer rides again. This month I am aiming for 200 miles.
