Thanks everyone !! I'll buy a weighing scale. My height is 5.5" and weight 165 pound. My activity is sedentary. This sudden weight gain from 138 pound to 165 pound is after my delivery and surgery.. Really want to go back to shape. And for my cheat days I am on a fruit diet for a day in a week..
