Starting again....again. Really strugling to get back into logging all food and working out. I have no real support around me and could really use a partner/group to walk with me through this new start. I'm looking for daily support and to help me hold myself accountable for my daily effort.

Trying to stay in my calorie range and working out. I use to love working out but now I can't find the motivation to work out.

I'm very new at this community stuff but I have been on and off so much with working out and eating healthy. I'm wondering if I can be a part of this group and get the motivation I need to keep going each day?
