Hi, I've started keto a month ago. I set whichever percentage is closest to 35g carbs (as I only count net carbs and MFP doesn't adjust this) Protein at around 1.5 grams per kg of my body weight (I workout 2 -3 times per week- strength training) and the rest fat. So my %ages look like this: Carbs 10% Protein 25% fat 65%.
