  • Hi, I purchased a trx, have some free weights and alternate full body high rep workouts one day then cardio (running or aerobics with 20 min yoga on alternate days. Missing the gym but managing nicely as Ive been working out consistently for over 30yrs. Just trying to maintain current fitness levels.
  • I've been active in the gym weightlifting for over 30yrs. Have been slowly gaining weight the last 10yrs (I'm 53 150lbs) although I crosstrain, I'm wondering if I should stop lifting and just do cardio. I've never been on a diet and eat quite healthy dose falls are weekend wine and munchies
  • These are all great ideas, whatever works to get your body moving! If you aim to get in 15 min a day and stay consistent, it should help you achieve a habit. Keep at it!!
