I'm doing 21 day fix right now. Just started my 3rd week. And today I didn't workout. At all. It's hard to stay on track. It's easier if you set small goals for yourself. I set 5lb goals. I've lost almost 10 pounds since I started it. And i want to lose another 30. If you need someone to talk to feel free to add me :)
