I did a Sprint + Beast last year plus several other ones. Doing a Super + Sprint Combo in Feb. So keen.

I find it gets boring at times but i stay pretty focused looking at the end game/how far i've come.

I don't have a cheat day but will have a cheat meal a week.

I find my Blaze is pretty good with not picking up to much arm movement. It auto-recognizes anything i do that uses a lot of hand movements as sport.

Protein Shake at the gym and then about half an hour later when i get home dinner along the lines of chicken, sweet potato & broccoli.
