  • I'm in! I need the motivation. I've lost about 4 lbs and desperately need to lose 15-20 lbs. I eat 1500 calories a day, workout at least 4 days a week, I road ride and mountain bike, dirt bike and just need to lose a few lbs that I've put on over the past year due to a knee injury. I need to be lighter on the bike!!
