It can also be LOW stomach acid. Your acid is too low to digest your food and it becomes rancid. Be are when taking antacids as it make low stomach acid worse and you can get in a real mess. Have your doctor check the acid level before treating the condition.

Way to go on the weight loss. I too have started drink tea. I've always been a coffee drinker and really hate giving it up after drinking it for 60 years. I think tea is a much healthier choice, especially when trying to get blood pressure under control. Congratulations again on the loss

I totally agree with Sam about making the guidelines and then sticking with them. At least for me, this is where I get in trouble, when I start bending the rules I have set for myself. Sounds like a real good plan.

You are absolutely right about not dwelling on the 1/2lb. Weight goes up and down when you are trying to lose. I usually gain before dropping, it's so frustrating, lol. Keep the big picture in mind and have a fun date night.

Made it to 3pm!!! Felt like I could eat everything In the kitchen including the kitchen. Had Boco burger, corn on the cob, small curly fries and peach pie. Boy was it good. This is going pretty good, got really hungry before time to eat. Hunger seems to come and go. Drinking water really helps.
