You can also use this technique for making cheese shell tacos - just do the same thing and when they are cooled but still pliable you can drape it over a wooden spoon or something similar. DELISH!

I was a bit funny my first time I had BPC but it definitely grows on you. If you have one everyday, "normal" coffee now tastes odd.

Think about it this way. If you juiced say three or 4 oranges, would may get a full glass of juice. Even though they are natural sugars, they are way more concentrated and a lot easier to consume. Can you imagine eating 4 apples whole one after the other? I get full after maybe two apples. The fibre in the fruit helps you…
