What if 15% body fat would put you at a weight below what's considered healthy for your height? Just cut anyway and then go to bulking or try to gain more muscle before cutting even if at a high body fat? Eat pizza before work? I love pizza and I eat Sweet Earth's Veggie Lover's pizza which is only 690 cals for a whole pizza. If you satisfied your pizza craving before hand, you might be less tempted to eat it at work. It's like grocery shopping on an empty stomach.
