Weekly Check in: Height: 5'10" SW: 215.0 CW: 212.1 Current Goal 190lbs by 5/31/16 Ultimate Goal: 175lbs I didn't have a great week of eating and I didn't work out several days. Need to get back to the routine and makes some gains this week.
