  • Working out is great but if you have trouble gaining weight I think it would help more to focus on not burning too many calories
  • Have you tried looking for more digestible foods? Lemon yogurt, fish, fruit juices, applesauce, cucumber salad, cantaloupe, sorbet (blood orange is my favorite), rice, maybe start drinking tea. Anything that feels easy to get down will be more likely to stay down. Maybe meditate before eating if you feel stressed.
  • Well you could argue that an organic banana is healthier than refined white sugar in ice cream
  • If you find it hard to eat enough I found it helpful to watch cooking shows to get up your appetite before a meal. Also avoid things like coffee which can confuse your metabolism making you feel like skipping breakfast.
