Sounds like a blessing indeed. I recall the same -- I used to be winded just walking down the stairs, let alone going from one room to the other, but now, I can walk for hours and want more.

When I'm no longer tugging on my shirt to hide my fat. I used to wear jackets when it was spring, just to hide, and now I walk out the door with just a shirt.

Sarah, that's wonderful! Hard and diligent works shows powerful results. Stunning!
-
That is amazing! I literally jumped back in excitement and amazement. Congratulations!

Sportsguy, that's powerful. Keep up the great work!

That's a powerful transformation! You look like a whole new person.

I can run for awhile, without running out of breath for several minutes. It improves overtime when I keep working at it.
-
Wow, Kris, you look wonderful! This is very inspirational.

I'm proud of the ones who have a success story. For those who are struggling, keep moving forward to attain your goal.

I really do wish it did. That's a great idea though; however, what if you do a little water aerobics in one?
-
No, you're not weird. Just about everyone compares themselves to others, it's one of the main reasons most of us know when we're "dropping the ball," or "fitting in." I do it from time to time, followed with the tugging of my shirt.

She has the face of someone who wants to have fun, or at least someone who wants to share a funny secret.

In your case, I would just bulk up on proteins, while lifting weights. Try some protein powders as well, along with carbs.

I try not to look at them as "cheat days," but just living life to the fullest. "Cheat" to me is such a ugly word. I just look at it as a treat for my hard work.

It's the sugar in cheeses that makes you crave them so bad. I love cheese myself, and I believe in moderation should be more than fine. Though, I love cheese fries, topped with chili...I know, I know, it's not healthy, but it makes my mouth water.

Usually I take my time to research the healthy foods I enjoy, and experiment. I was surprised to find out what was healthy in small doses.

I remember those days...I was fit, until I looked at the pizzas and ice cream that called my name. Back to the gym and long walks. :)
-
I confess that I ate a whole pizza, decked with green peppers, onions, pepperoni, sausage, ham, red peppers, and extra sauce...and I'm still hungry after an hour for another. I shouldn't be gorging like this, but...meh, it's my cheat day.

I exercise at least 30 minutes for four days a week. I simply walk around the block a few times, along with lifting dumbells at about 30 pounds each. Now, if I do plan to binge just for the fun, I'll double my workout, and do it afterward I eat, so I can burn off those calories.
