Your menu will be boring for awhile. Lean, dense protein (skinless chicken breast, pork tenderloin, most seafood) simply cooked. Non-starchy veggies, also simply cooked. That's going to be your mainstay. Add some good fats where you can if you want to stay regular. No extras. 700 calories will be hard, but do-able.
