Do you do the stretching and foam rolling the day after when its sore? Foam rolling is helpful huh? I used to take fish oil. I need to decide if I want to take a multi vit and maybe fish oil or if I want to take individual vits like a b complex etc. Thanks for your help.

All Awesome ideas, thank you. Im finding ways to substitute more. I'm pretty much checking out my macros more often and making getting them where I want them each day. It's coming along. Sodium and fat are common for me to keep in check Im finding. It's going well :)

OK I've got you...I used to make, and I'll be doing it again...chocolate almond milk chia seed pudding. Literally soak a few Tbs of chia seeds in a cup of chocolate almond milk for a couple hours and enjoy....all protein, bit of carbs and 100 calories but so much better than a pig out chocolate fest! Aside from the calorie deficit thing, I just read an article on the time during the night when your liver filters everything. I think it was between 12-3am. So to not have food in your stomach beforehand is a plus otherwise digestion continues instead. Though the calorie deficit thing is solid, you want a healthy working…
