If you have it every day it will also show up in your Recent or Frequent foods.

I must say that I find it easier if I have 3 meals and 2 or 3 snacks. Keeps me full. Also, I am eating more fruit again and that also makes me feel better. Reasonably low in calories too.

I have trouble with my knees and back too. Just have to do little bits of exercise at a time.

On the long, hard road myself again. I sort of semi retired, but now working from home doing the family business bookwork and running the business. Tend to eat and not exercise a lot. Looking for some support to keep on track.
