I've gone back and forth with WW, but at the end of the day I find with as little as I have to lose to make goal, I can't eat enough to feel satiated and stay within my points. I like tracking calories.

IF doesn't do anything magical, in terms of making your body burn calories faster. It can help people stay in their deficit, because you can eat more at meal times. It can also help with digestion, but that's more about comfort than weight loss.

I'm not sure I understand. You're clearly concerned about whether or not keto is impacting your health, but you don't want to hear that keto isn't sustainable long-term, because eventually a prolonged state of ketosis jacks the kidneys?

I try not to look at it as a cheat. I've learned what lower calorie sweets I really enjoy (like Halo Top) and work a nice meal out every so often into my weekly deficit.

I think if you're managing a diagnosed medical condition you should ask your doctor this question. In general, supplements aren't unhealthy, but with a balanced diet, they are largely unnecessary

I took Hydroxycut. Didn't work. Did Slim Fast. Didn't work. I did high carb/low fat vegan. Didn't work. Shacklee 360. Didn't work. Keto. Did work, but I felt awful. 21 Day Fix. That one was pretty neat, because it taught portion control, but it felt super restrictive.

If SW is anything like WW, you have to watch out for the pitfalls. I'm not a fan of the "free food" mindset. While no one gets obese on a diet of berries and spinach, if you use all of your points on non-free food you may only be eating the number of calories you'd eat when implementing a slight deficit. That's why I used 4 different TDEE calculators be and took an average. Heck, the Bodybuilding forum.TDEE calculator has my maintenance calories at 1345, while IIFYM has them at over 2000.

That happened to me with Levis jeans. I wear a size 6. Confident in that sizing, I bought a pair of Chinos from Target, brought them home, cut the tags off and threw be away the receipt. Imagine my surprise when I went to put them on for work one day and I couldn't pull them above my knees lol
