Fitbit Steps Not Syncing
Has anyone else noticed issues with MFP not syncing their Fitbit step data the past couple of days? I have followed the usual steps to try and rectify it to no avail. It will allow me to input exercise manually.

Goal Setting Approach
I was wondering which approach everyone takes. I have a job that involves some manual labor and some sitting at a desk. I do moderate exercise at least 4 times per week for 30 to 60 minutes. I set my activity level to light activity, rather than sedentary, and do not track exercise. Does anyone else find this approach…

Tweaking Calories
I've been at this awhile. I believe 3 years now. I'll be the first to admit I am not as strict with weighing certain things as I used to be. Calorie dense things like cheese, peanut butter, etc.. I do keep reigns on still, though. I've hit sort of a setback. At my heaviest I was around 280lbs. My lowest was January of 2018…

PSA, Alternate Title, "The Failed Experiment"
I've been at this for a long time. Counting calories, working out, eating at a consistent deficit for going on three years. And it's paid off. Things No One Tells You About Losing a lot of Weight
At my heaviest, I know I weighed more than 260lbs. I'm not sure how much more, I only know once the scales hit that 260 mark I was too ashamed to step on the scale after that, but I know I gained more weight before I decided to take charge of my health. I now weigh 171, with a goal of 145, so I have lost around 90lbs.…

Need a workout.
I only have two days a week to work out. I need a plan that will fit into this schedule. I work in a tire factory and I am moving, pulling on tires for eleven hours a day, five days a week. Some of the tires weigh as much as one hundred pounds. My goal is a better physique, not a body builders or a powerlifters. Thanks for…

Sore Sit Bones
I just took up cycling 14 years after the last time I owned a bike. Today my sit bones are sore. Some websites say that's not normal at all, while others say you just have adjust the saddle as best you can and basically break your sit bones in. I'm 5'5", 171lbs with longer legs and a short torso. I tend to be a more…

Day 2 (and question)
Hello, everyone! Glad to be a part of this group. I am currently on Day 2 of using the cups and I have a question about using them to help with portion control long-term. The cups were given to me by my aunt. She ended up keeping the workout information, so I have no idea about the 21 Day Fix workout plan. I do maintain a…
