If you're a night owl, don't restrict food consumption past a certain time. If you eat dinner earlier, plan ahead for a snack between dinner and bedtime. If I find I've run out of calories and I'm legitimately hungry before bed I will sip an herbal tea with stevia in it. It takes a while to finish, so it's very satisfying…

I never tasted any funky taste, but I found the texture off putting. Even after boiling per instructions and cooking in a pan, it was still very, very chewy and hard to swallow.

It depends. In the winter time I typically only dine out about once every couple of months. The rest of the year, it just depends. In the summer months we have a lot of family birthdays and anniversaries, so I may dine out once per week to twice per week any given week.

At home I use a digital kitchen scale to weigh everything in grams. When I dine out I guess as best as I can. I will also do extra cardio at the gym and eat sensibly during the day.

Those Amy's meals are pretty calorie dense. My favorite is the Chinese noodles with cashew sauce. It's almost 500 calories.

Proats. Oatmeal mixed with protein powder and peanut butter and then throw some things like nuts or coconut flakes on top. You can stir in same maple syrup or honey.

I find indoor cardio somewhat boring. A necessary evil, if you will. I love dancing, cycling, and running, but some days I just have to knock out that necessary cardio at the gym.

Are you wearing gloves? I wear weight lifting gloves that are slightly padded in that thumb joint area. I find it I don't use them, I will have pain in my hands.

Being vegan, there isn't much I can eat in the way of traditional Easter treats or the family ham dinner, so I managed to stay within my deficit. But, hey, if a person can work a holiday blowout into their week, go for it.

No, because I was having sex regularly and still got fat.

Unless you have been directed to undergo such a calorie-restricted diet by a qualified medical professional, yes. It is dangerous. It actually borders on the level of restriction that would put someone at-risk for an eating disorder. Your body will not function properly on 1,000 calories every single day.

It depends on what I'm doing. Compound exercises I do heavier weight/fewer reps. Isolations I do less weight, up to 12 reps and 3 to 4 sets.

I always get veggie fajitas without cheese or sour cream and I usually won't eat the tortillas.

I like the Jif in my smoothies, but when it comes to actual flavor by itself, I prefer PB2.

I had amazing results with the Labrada Lean Body app.

Me: 8 LNS: 3 Today was a rough day. Ended up unexpectedly spending all day running a loved one to multiple medical appointments. Didn't get to eat lunch or breakfast, so I grazed all evening.

Mexican food about once a month. I'll make sure to stay in my deficit and workout so I can throw down on some fajitas, guac, and a margarita.

My aunt took diet pills. She lost 20 pounds and killed her thyroid.

I'm an exercise junkie. I love being active and go to the gym 5 days a week and ride my bike anytime the weather is pretty.

I always save enough calories to eat a Cliff Bar immediately after a workout. I keep one in my bag and eat it in the car on the way home from the gym or stow one away in my bicycle pack.

As a woman, so long as you are eating at a deficit you will not gain enough muscle mass to see the scales go up. If you have recently increased your activity, you will likely see brief scale spikes due to the water your body retains to repair itself. PCOS and taking medication can certainly exacerbate that. If you weigh…

I make a super quick curry. The rice cooks while you make the veggies and sauce. I use a bag of the steam in the bag veggies (usually broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower), 1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed, 1 can of full fat coconut milk, 3tbsp of curry paste, 1/2 of an onion, chopped, 1tbsp soy sauce, garlic…

This! I use a cup and occasionally a backup cloth pantyliner to the gym. The liner is so thin it doesn't show any sort of bulk. I also wear black workout pants just in case. Also, make sure before you go you are properly hydrated and stay hydrated throughout your workout and eat a snack as soon as possible after your…

My goal is to just get such banging quads that the average pair of women's jeans won't fit over them.
