My goal is net 1200/day, and I am trying not to eat back all of my exercise calories. I am currently at 136 and I need to be 116 to feel normal again. I am aiming to be there by March or April. Please feel free to add me if you like!

I am 5'3", 39 years old, and currently 133 lbs. I would very much like to be back down to where I was 7 years ago (between 115-120 lbs). I used to run but I will not be running any more (I am now a big fan of spin and elliptical). If anyone here would like to add me as a friend please feel free!

I agree...I weigh every day and I do not regret it. I always do it at the same time every morning (after brushing and flossing). It is an addiction for sure but it doesn't hurt me so who cares? :)
