Also eating enough calories. I dont like eating in the morning, and we dont have the bugdget for snacks, so i pretty much have to split my calorie goal between lunch and dinner.

For me, its the financial aspect of it. When the power or gas or water gets turned off, you could show me all the 'what $20 really get you' buzzfeed articles in the world, and it wouldnt change the fact that as of that moment, it would be cheaper and easier to go buy a pizza. Having food but not having a way to cook it (or…

Hi! You sound like you're right where I am mentally (though going from your picture I think I've got more to lose) and I'm definitely open to a 3 month partnership, maybe longer if we're a good match!

Sorry, the app quit on me and cut me off lol! Anyways, did not do well this weekend, but today has been good. Walked this morning, and it's so nice today I'll probably go out again.

Hello, people! I'm Amber, I'm 22 years old (23 next month),. I'm currently 190, and I hope to ultimately lose the 90! This is my third time trying this app. But, this is also my first time realizing there was a forum (idk how i missed that...) so I think this time I'll be able to stick with it! This is my first 'real' day…

When I hit a milestone I plan on rewarding myself with things that will further my weightloss journey. So things like new tennis shoes, a good sports bra, weights, gym membership...

Honestly, you're probably iust going to have to get used to it. It's genetic, not a sign of being fat or unhealthy, and whatever you do to minimize it will not get rid of it completely. That's why celebrities with easy access to personal trainers and plastic surgeons are constantly being 'caught' by magazines with…

I've got four dogs, but only my Astrid likes walks, just got back from our first morning one! We usually just do a short 10 min walk before bed, but today we went for a half hour in the morning, and it was lovely!

I'm a 42H, and finding bras is hell. I don't think I'll be investing in a sports bra until I know for sure I'm going to stick with this. For now i just wear my regular bra and then a tight tank top. Luckily my neighborhood is all little old ladies, so there's no pervs ogling the inevitable jiggles, lol.

Ive always been about the same size, so I only have a few too small items, and I'm keeping them both for posterity and motivation. My main motivation clothing is my cheerleading uniform. It was too small on me at the last competition, so when I can wear that without sucking in or getting red marks on my tum, I'll know I've…

She's not like you though? Your husband has serious health issues caused by and impacted by weight. From the info she provided, her husband is healthy, active, and unaware that she has a problem with his weight. Also, when talking about your husband, do you tell people 'he looks soooooooo fat'? Your concerns are coming…

I just don't tell anyone what I'm doing. Not because they wont be supportive, but because theyll get super annoying about it, and make it about them, not me. A few years back i mentioned wanting to join a gym and my maternal figure somehow turned it into an hour long sob fest about how SHE needed to lose weight. I have…

You have to phase it out. It's literally an addiction, so you will experience fatigue, headaches, and cravings when you try to quit it cold turkey. Diet soda is just as terrible for you as regular soda, albeit in different ways, so dont switch one out for the other because its just switching one addiction for another. Take…

I think it depends on your own state of mind. I've always had ED tendencies, so I try to stay away from that mentality before I start needing to 'earn' every meal. But I know it works for other people without getting out of hand.

I noticed this too, when I first started cooking healthier meals. I just bulk bought some antacids and called it a day, though. If its bad enough that its messing with your sleep, maybe an otc pill would be a better option?

I kind of have a goal, but its very tentative. I'm five foot one, so my weight is supposed to be like 90-110 or something. I am currently almost double that, and i cant picture myself losing 100lbs, so i pretty much just plan on losing until I'm comfortable and then maintaining.

I'm super lame so I like black eyed peas, post-disney/pre-twerking miley cyrus, almost any broadway, and instrumental movie soudtracks. My workout playlists are weird mash ups of random stuff hardly anyone even remembers anymore.

Personally I'd rather see work in projects then the end results. The motivational posts and emails are not advertisments, and would be more useful/enjoyable if they used real people who actually use the app, not stock photos. It's about as motivating as looking at people's after photos, but not the befores. You can't see…

I'm always the odd one out because i dont want to eat at all when it's lady time. I have to force myself to eat the week of and the week before. My sister does though, and the key is moderation, not denial. Have one chocolate before you want them so much you eat the whole bag, you know? You'll be satisfied and one chcolate…

At 17 you're still undergoing a lot of changes physically, and dieting can negatively impact that. If you want to lose weight I think the safest and most effective bet would be to take up a sport. Especially if you're still in high school, like I assume you are, given your age, because its nearly free, fun, and often…

Please, please don't try and trick him into losing weight to make you happy. Chances are he's not stupid, will catch on to what you're doing, and be upset. What if this was in the reverse and it was a man venting to strangers about his fat wife? Have some tact. You are clearly old enough to be able to talk to him point…

Well we're very 'working poor' (like, picking which bill goes unpaid this month poor, oops), so any actual exercise equipment, be it weights or bands or sandbags aren't actually an option for me (though i will check out goodwill next time there's some spare change!) but I'll try water bottles filled with sand, and I'll…

But on the occasion i want angry stuff, the pretty reckless is my number one go to.

Lots of people like fast paced, loud stuff, but i like things i know by heart and can sing along to. Albeit, gasping, strangled singing. I don't know if it's true or not, but my cheer coach way back when always made us sing our routine music during practice because it improved our endurance. Even if it's just the placebo…

You can add me! This is my third time trying with this app, but the last two times i went it alone, and i only tracked calories. This time im also exercising, and I'm looking to ultimately lose 90 pounds.
