Yep, that's it! :) My sisters are 5'4" as well. The funny thing is one of my sister and I have the same inseam in jeans. I swear all my height is in my torso!

I'm not following any specific plan, just counting calories. I do intermittent fasting but I was eating that way before I started losing weight, I just do it more deliberately now. I do this a well. I weigh the raw chicken and write the weight right on the bag before I freeze it.

I like to eat at night. That's why I don't start my window until 2pm and save the majority (1,000+) for the evening. For me it's not about not eating at night, it's about making sure I have the calories to do it.

Hot broth or stock, hot tea, hot chocolate. Pretty much stick the word hot in front of anything you can consume and you're good

I went from 100mcg to 88 to 75 to zero. That was over the course of about eight months and 100 pounds. We still monitor it, I'm borderline low consistently but my doctor and I agree that as long as I stay in the "normal" range the medication isn't needed.

I wish I could more than "awesome" this. In fact, I may just save it so that I can quote it whenever the need arises (which is often).

I'd say it's definitely not worth it. If they're that big you'll compromise the integrity of the jeans trying to have them alerted. If they're high quality, try Plato's Closet or Clothes Mentor or another nice consignment shop to get some money out of them that you can invest back into new, well fitting clothes.

Once a month it's what's typically recommended but if you can afford it I'd definitely suggest going more frequently. I agree with @TavistockToad, try different therapists. Each one has something unique to offer; find the one that's right for you. I prefer therapists practicing independently or in a medical setting over…
