I eat dinner late. And I eat 2/3 of my calories after 7pm. The other 1/3 are used for lunch.

That's like 600 calories worth of oil at around 120 calories a tablespoon. Hopefully you meant teaspoon, otherwise over a third of your 1500 allotted calories are going to oil.

I find intermittent fasting the opposite of deprivation. It's far more satisfying for me to eat one large meal than 3+ small ones. Don't make assumptions that someone is "depriving" themselves because they choose not to eat throughout the whole day. My IF fasting schedule is 18/6. I eat between 2pm and 8pm

Typically the nutrition facts are for the product in the state you purchased it (frozen) unless otherwise specified. The difference in vegetables frozen or thawed is so negligible (as you saw) I wouldn't even give it a second thought and just go with frozen.

It took six months and almost 100 pounds for me to see a difference. It's not going to be the same for everyone. There are too many variables, both physical and mental, that factor into it.

Change your settings to maintenance. Subtract 250 calories from that, that's half a pound a week. Subtract 500 calories from that total, that's one pound a week.

I started are 397 and am currently around 289. 175 is the top of a healthy weight range for me so I'm just shy of halfway at this point. In all I'll be looking at 225+ pounds lost.

Exactly. I only buy the giant, super firm green ones. I don't like how small grapes taste. I prefer mine mutant sized. Unfortunately this also means I can easily eat 300+ calories of them in one sitting.
