Next morning, I grab the jar and take it to work, eating the oats out of the jar at my desk. So easy and…
  • Swimming - I've got a 5.25mile swim in September that I really need to be trained up for. I had a swim coaching session a few weeks back which gave me some great pointers on improving my stroke for distance swimming, I just need to build up my distance/time in the water now.

  • This is my standard breakfast! 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia, 1 tbsp agave nectar, 1 cup soy milk, handful of frozen berries - all in an old PB jar. Give it a shake and in the fridge overnight, and it's so easy to grab & take to work with me in the mornings!
