  • Oh and a NonScale goal it to be able to wear my ARMBAND for my phone while running! It doesn't fit....yet. so I wear it on my forewarm, which isn't very comfortable.

  • I still have the 2lbs to lose to get to my mini goal. Staying motivated. I know I am logging EVERYTHING, exercising, and getting my water. It'll come.

  • Moving on to w7d1. Week 6 done! Woohooooo! I too, find it hard to get going in the morning, but once I get into it, I'm good. I do find running early evening my best though.

  • I will be doing W6D3 tomorrow! No walk breaks. We got this! I did W6D2 last night. It felt great! Still pretty slow, but I can tell my endurance is a lot better!

  • After being on no running for 2 weeks due to bilateral knee sprains, I was able to get back on my W3D3 this past Saturday. I made it and it wasn't any harder after the two week break! My W4D1 is today. A little concerned about it, but we will see when I get there! good luck!

  • I wouldn't count the whole thing. One way, would be to do your marinade by weight. Once you're done marinating it, reweigh the unused marinade and subtract those calories. Divide the deficit by how many servings there are all together. Just what I would do. If that makes sense.
