Oh yeah, now I remember why I switched Lol. If you take a look and compare the 2 I think you'd like Jefit too Lol. It also has better ratings :)

I liked the fit app but found Jefit more useful. It has routines you can pick thru that are concentrated on specific areas. And if you start to plateau it has many more to chose from to change the routine up. I'll take a look at the fit app again and see what I'm missing :)

TavistockToad is right. It depends on your calorie deficit. You want a balanced Carb, fat, protein diet with vitamins and minerals. I'm strength training, toning, tightening and leaning out. Best of luck!!! My brother has runners knee and he's in the Army. The cartilage in his knees are rubbing away. It's a struggle for him to push through their Pt. The doc gave him medication but it only helps so much. Just take it slowly, one day at a time and go easy. Really hope all is well for you!
