I too have ezcema. Stop taking so many showers, almost certain to create flareups. Air dry. Bath at night if you must. We shower way to often, scrubbing away our oils.

Let go if whatever you are hanging onto. I know it's hard but that's what makes us overly sensitive. If you've learned to feel good about rejection, get rid of that. Negativity? Get rid if that. Awareness is the first step.

Before starting a running routine spend 2-3 months strengthening your core, quads, adductors and calves. You will notice less pain in your joints. At least I did.

Take in fewer calories than you burn, and burn more through walking, and yes you will lose weight. You'll also have an exercise routine that can go anywhere.

Only if I have a big family event or party, but even then I try to be sensible.

Aunt Millie's. 35 calories a slice but as with all breads you better go by weight and not by slice. There's a difference!

YMCA. Access to more weights and machine than I could find elsewhere, plus trainers when I need them, plus indoir track when I want to add running for cardio or in the winter.

Old people are the worse. As we age our best or worst character traits come out and the worst stop embracing change, thinking they are entitled through age. There are some real *kitten* out there. Best to trash talk them and back them down.

Sorry, but you do have to weigh everything. And make sure you are accurately as best as possuble counting your walking burn. Fast walk, 4 mph, = about .53 x your weight. You might try recalculating your weight loss goal based on your lower weight, too. Once I dropped 30 pounds I had to recalibrate and eat even less.

Squats are magic. Keep a wider than shoulder stance to work those glutes.
