I just started yesterday -- I'm sticking with it through at least 1 full cycle. I tried awhile back, but realized I was waaay too far out of shape. I spent the months in between working on generally improving my fitness.

I managed 14.75 miles last week, all walking and running. Running is new for me, so I'm sure as I keep at it, distance and speed will get MUCH easier. :)

I had that issue myself where it wasn't updating. I ended up telling MFP not to track steps, closed the app, then went back in and fixed the setting back to Apple Watch

Katey, me too. I have crippling insecurity and it's really getting in the way of my relationships.
