I have. I take medication, but even still every couple of months I hit a low. It doesn't matter. I've had this problem for over 10 years now. It's just part of my life. I'm just trying to understand how to juggle it as well as fitness.

To everyone, I am very careful with my intake. I do have a scale, I log my own recipes instead of guessing, I measure, I read labels. It's not my intake. I don't have a heart rate monitor, but I don't eat back my exercise calories, either, so even if those calories are overestimated, I'm still making a deficit there. As…

Thanks. Yeah, I got close to my goal right before both pregnancies and they were back to back. My kids are 1 year and 2 days apart. It's been a huge adventure and has made losing weight a bit more of a challenge, but I wouldn't change it for anything!
