  • I'm in the same situation. I've lost 8 pounds and would like to lose 4-6 more, but the scales haven't moved for the past two weeks. I eat 1200 calories per day (as per MFP) and exercise for at least 3 hours per week (intense cardio) plus more gentle exercise more days than not for at least 30 mins. I'm not sure what to do…
