Fill up on fruits and veggie. Then distract yourself. Read about weight loss, go for a walk, look up healthy recipes. But know it gets easier and there's tons of support here for you!

I am about to start my second semester of nursing school. I gained 20lbs last semester and lost it in the last month and a half. Feel free to add me!

Increase my fertility to well anything above the 5% I'm currently at, and have a successful pregnancy. Also, to be fit enough to work long hours as a nurse with minimal pain.

I wish I had some words of wisdom for you, but I don't haha. Honestly the only thing that works for me is distraction. When I want to eat I do some sort of exercise or clean/reorganize something, read, shop online haha that's a bad one. When I don't eat enough, I get light headed, and nauseous. I snack on a piece of fruit or nuts and if I start feeling better I know that's what was causing it.

The mind and body are one in the same, it is impossible to have long term success if the two are not healthy and working in sync. I had to learn this the hard way. If you are apposed to therapy, you need to find another resource for help, support groups, books, etc.

I just finished my second whole30, and have been eating paleo 90/10 since. I am doing a 3rd whole30 in July, and strongly suggest whole30/paleo!!!
