Like many people on this thread, I had a total thyroidectomy due to papillary cancer. This was back in 2011 and once I got started on my daily 200mcg dose of levothyroxine, I've been fine. I haven't noticed that it makes weight loss harder for me. When I ate clean, I lost the weight pretty steadily. What DID make it harder…

That's my choice too - or even regular ol' yellow mustard in a pinch. But it's really tasty and jazzes up all kinds of foods and is super low-cal/low-fat, etc.

That's my favorite too! 2% Fage Plain yogurt. It's so thick and not as sour as a lot of the other brands. I love sour cream, and sometimes my plain Fage tastes exactly like that.

This is a great topic. I love Fage 2% Plain yogurt. When I first tried it, it really felt like I was eating sour cream. (Which is a good thing, in my book!) I also tried the 0% version, but it was a little too sour and didn't have that sour cream texture.
