SW July: 163.6 CW: July 31: 157.2 GW: 139 Total lost since "starting" in Feb: 52lbs Total lost this challenge (April 1): 183.8-157.2 = 26.6 Total to go: 18.2 .... current projection has that by Oct 1...but given pace of loss is slowing, i think Thanksgiving may be more likely. And I would take that!

Wow Mimi and fancnac1 - great inspiration!!! It was so nice this weekend - so I put the car in the garage Friday and did my weekend errands on foot. Even walked to/from the gym. Logged 31 miles walking Fri-Sun. My reward was packing away fat clothes during The Good Wife & GoT. (And now, a glass of red.)

@Silver_Star i was with my uncle last week on vacation. He was diagnosed type 2 diabetes last year. He lost 50lbs in roughly 5 months and no longer requires diabetic drugs. Has so much energy! Anyway - if he can do it (many issues on homefront last year + stressful job) then i know you can!

SW (Feb 2nd): 209 SW (this Challenge): 187.6 Friday weight: 182.6 Goal weight: 139 - gained 1.2lbs on vacation...not great...was hoping good choices + exercise would allow me to hold even, but didn't maintain the normal deficit (thanks, vacation wine!) Here is to a better "next" week.
