So nice to read these! I'm scheduled to be sleeved the end of this month. I start my liver shrinking diet next week. I've been trying to watch what I eat now just so I'm in a healthier mindset. The main thing I'm nervous about is pain, I'm only able to take a week off work but thankfully I have a desk job so that's a plus.
