@cecezo you are doing great! Welcome to the OMAD group! KUTGW! Sticking to the plan does work. On Saturday/Sunday I eat a small meal around 10 and then my dinner at night. Even with doing that, I am losing weight consistently!

My starting weight was *gasp* 214. Proof that following the plan, works. Not beating yourself up when you have a bad works. Staying strong works!

The "boom" drop was great but I remained the same this week. I am okay with that, and am realizing it will come off slower now just because I am about 20lbs or so away from maintenance.
