When we were 11 years old (1966) my SO moved in next door. We will celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in July. We both went to college and have post-graduate degrees. Weird, I know!

I'm in! Just rejoined after being gone a while. Similar goal. My goal is to lose a lb a week and after my first weigh-in at home (I never weigh myself which is how I got to this place) I met that goal. I need to lose at least 30. Let's do it!

Haha, Never Mind! Didn't realize this would be such a big topic. When you are 63 years old you have seen a bunch of weight-loss strategies come and go and drinking eight glasses of water got in there somehow. I'm not tracking zero type stuff either like coffee either. Just trying to stay within my calories.

I'm back. Had lost 30 lbs. for health reasons. Stopped tracking food and put most of it back. Bummed about that, but excited to be back on MFP. Hope it works as well this time, I'm five years older!

Thanks everyone. I guess its an old weight Watcher's thing. They really used to push that water thing. Maybe because it makes you feel full? I take my coffee black, so no add ons fortunately. Just don't want to give up my coffee, one of the few good things I have left! lol

Thanks everyone! My last few blood tests my doc was very happy with my blood sugar levels. I had done a pre diabetes course and lost 30 lbs. Unfortunately my weight has crept up over the holidays so I'm back on a food plan. My blood sugar is fine, just wondered about those red numbers! All of your input is helpful.
