There are many days where I feel the same way. They have become less since I started realizing that I'm not and don't have to be "super woman" all the time.

Didn't think I was going to get my one thing in but I did.

It was so nice out yesterday instead of decluttering I took a 4 mile walk. I got in 10,000 steps on a day that I don't work my night job. That is a FIRST since I started tracking activity.

On nights that I am not working I am going to spend 10 minutes an hour on decluttering the house. On nights that I work I am going to take a 15 minute walk between jobs instead of taking a nap.

I have read and watched all of the videos. I stood for all bur a very few minutes of it. I sit at my daytime job and will start making a point of getting up more often. I guess that my night job doesn't counteract the day.

I knew that I wasn't going to achieve the nutrition challenge for Thursday. For th e most part the only things that I drink are water and black coffee without sugar/sweetner.

Thought that I would get a small walk around the block in but the rain started again. I did walk around in squares on the porch for 10 min.

Nutrition challenge for today has went well. Don't think I will get the fitness challenge in for today because of storms though.

Sunday evening I got my long walk and made it through Meatless Monday.

It was hard to work today because it was and still is beautiful outside. I will get my long walk in this evening and it makes me happy. Meatless Monday tomorrow. I have stocked up on all sorts of different veggies, bars, and eggs for it. But I am dreading it.

I didn't get to take my walk last night because of rain. Hopefully tomorrow night will be better. I worked tonight and used today as my Treat day. Before I left tonight I had loaded mashed potatoes. They were wonderful! They did put me over my calories for today but it was worth it. Even though now I am so full.

I love these challenges. I got off work too late to go to the store and missed my fruit for breakfast today and lunch. I ended up having 2 fat free fig newtons here at work for lunch. Not starting off very well for the week. I will have to let it roll off and start over. I am hoping that it doesn't rain any more today.…
