I love cottage cheese, too. My dad was a milkman and there was always a giant size container in the frig when I was way younger.

I recently found freeze dried apples and peaches. They are good to take to work and instead of being bored and /or hungry and eating cold French fries because that is the tging to grab. I also now make healthy fried rice with brown rice, turkey, and low sodium soy sauce.
