    Comments: Happy Monday! I had a really fun day yesterday. I'm finally on Spring Break for a week! Yay! Finals went alright. I'm trying to enjoy the break as much as possible before school starts again next week. But that doesn't mean that I'm not going to stick to my calorie goal so hopefully this week will be successful since I don't have school to focus on!

    Exercise: Yes, 53 mins weight training, 10 mins elliptical
    Water Intake: 99 oz

    Day/Goals: Bench, Bent Over Row, Dumbbell Flys, Hammer Curls, Skull Crushers, and I finished with 10 minutes elliptical--really just to throw in some extra calorie burn, for some reason on arms days I don't burn as many calories as I do on the other days so I added some straight calorie burn because---I need to burn some.

    total weight loss in March so far is 5.2 lbs

    I went to a March Madness party Saturday and drank beer and ate anything and everything that I wanted. Sunday, I ate more of what I wanted and I gained 5 pounds in two days. The funny part is that I lost those 5 lbs two days later when I went back to my regular eating and workout program.4wmkyb1mle8n.png
