Day/Goals: Bench, Bent Over Row, Dumbbell Flys, Hammer Curls, Skull Crushers, and I finished with 10 minutes elliptical--really just to throw in some extra calorie burn, for some reason on arms days I don't burn as many calories as I do on the other days so I added some straight calorie burn because---I need to burn some.

Yesterday wasn't a good day food wise. I have a cold and was craving carbs all day. Feeling better today! No exercise for me today..having a PET scan tomorrow and interestingly no strenuous exercise, no sugar, no gum chewing (this one I don't understand!). Oh and the worst...no coffee after 9:00 am today - I am sad!
Wishing you the best on the morrow.1 -

March 17-198.2 lbs
March 19 -203.0 lbs
March 20- 202.0 lbs
March 21-198.0 lbs
total weight loss in March so far is 5.2 lbs
I went to a March Madness party Saturday and drank beer and ate anything and everything that I wanted. Sunday, I ate more of what I wanted and I gained 5 pounds in two days. The funny part is that I lost those 5 lbs two days later when I went back to my regular eating and workout program.
Way to go at least you know what is working and what is not working2 -

Track: Yes

Exercise: Yes, 71 minutes weight training, 10 minutes elliptical
Water Intake: 99 oz
Day/Goals: Today was the last training day of Week 9, next week is a de-load and then I will be testing my new max and then it's another training cycle. Super excited to see where I end up.
Non-scale victory: My gym fan club is growing, it seems at least twice a week someone compliments me on the weight I'm lifting, it's really fun and encouraging when I get complimented and noticed. Also, I was asked to do before and afters for the wall at the gym today and I'm pretty excited about that too--well being asked anyway. Pretty soon my picture will be on the wall, really can't believe I agreed to do that. What was I thinking!!3 -

I recently found freeze dried apples and peaches. They are good to take to work and instead of being bored and /or hungry and eating cold French fries because that is the tging to grab.
I also now make healthy fried rice with brown rice, turkey, and low sodium soy sauce.1 -
