The FB groups I follow are as follows:
    Women on Keto
    Keto for Beginners
    The Keto Way
    Simply Keto Karma

I don’t ever post on them, but they often answer questions or offer recipes. They often post new ingredients/foods that they have found that work on this way of eating. It is a little different for me as I am in Canada and the products are not always available to me. But it is great source of information and support. Happy FBing!!

Goals: Arm day, had to fix the mower again, there are some definite downsides to owning a house that I'm finding out. Upside, I'm a lot handier than I thought I was. Wednesday is the day I need to finish my "spring cleaning" and this is probably going to include my cats, whether or not they like it, and they won't--one will yell at me during the entire bath and the other will spend the day looking at me like I betrayed him, but it has to be done, what they don't know is we have a guest coming this weekend and they are really going to feel like I betrayed them, sharing their house with another human.

    Track: Yes.
    Calories: Yes.
Exercise: Yes, 60 minutes weight training, arms.
    Water Intake: 99 oz

@River_Goddess That is an amazing milestone, and very inspiring. Really glad to see you're taking pictures though, they are the best reminder of how far you've come.

To add to @JJKM02 and to your information overload.

This FB Group I really like (and I belong to more than I'd like to admit):
Real Life Keto Women--this one might be my favorite, they're super supportive and non-judgmental, obviously for women only though

A couple FB Groups to consider for recipes:
    Keto Recipes
    Ketogenic Diet Recipes

I think it's important to get into a good routine and make good habits. If you make good, healthy habits, you're a lot more likely to succeed. Let's make today a good day!

    Happy Wednesday Team!!

I've been very busy and tied to a desk for almost the whole month of April. It's only going to get worse as business at my day job ramps up in the summer.

At the moment......Ropes Course!!!!! I have an annual pass and they just opened for the season. Super adrenaline rush, and an awesome workout!

Aside from that, I'd say equally running and lifting. I love them both, for different reasons.

Zumba, and if it wasn’t so expensive I’d be playing ice hockey again
@gemwolf110 I tried Zumba once, or twice, turns out, I'm not super coordinated, but it sounds fun. Also, ice hockey sounds fun, if I could hit a puck, or ice skate...

@ka97 I've recently been wanting to try a ropes course, so much, but don't want to do it alone, but I don't have any friends who are remotely interested in activities of any kind and I LOVE lifting, it's so much fun.
