    I’m sorry guys - I forgot to get a scale while I was out, and I’m too tired (and in my pjs) now. Am I disqualified if I miss a weigh in?

    @ka97 No, but you can't miss 2 in a row, so you will have to weigh in next week.

    Ok thanks. I’ll try to get one while I’m out tomorrow. But then I’d be weighing after the ropes course, and nit sure how accurate that would be.

    @ka97 Probably not as different as you might think, especially if you've eaten too, but like I said, you can miss this week, but not next week.

    Goals: Trained with my trainer today, did an AMRAP of snatches, push press and front barbell lunges. Side note: lunges from the front rack position are much harder. Did actual pushups today, real, all the way to the ground, not modified in any way, real pushups for the first time today. Super excited. I haven't tried them in a while, had no idea I could do them. Now for the day I can do a pull up.
    Finally finished all my spring cleaning, yay.

    Exercise: Yes. Not a big cardio day, but a solid 10k steps
    Water Intake: Yes drank lots. Still thirsty tho, so possibly a little heat effected. Having a top up anyway.

    Daily Post (Sunday) Drat I forgot to change yesterdays post to Sat.. lol.
    Goals: Well Sunday is supposed to be my rest day, but after a forced rest week I wasn't having it. Aside from the fact that I couldn't stand sitting around doing nothing all day, I have so much to do. Really happy with overall level of productivity and progress on projects. And I took advantage of a sunny day with a breeze to get a couple of motorcycle helmets fully cleaned inside and out, which for those who haven't used helmets much is a risk because if you shampoo the inside of one then fail to get it dry, you run the risk of ending up with a moldy thousand dollar piece of junk you never want to put your head inside of ever again lol.

    I could not get a signal last night so I am recording Saturday today. We rode all night in a very nice bus and just returned home to Puerto Vallarta. I am going to get back on track now that we are in our own condo!

    Definitely a fluctuation since I was around 195 for the rest of the week but the weekend does its thing. Going to be more active on here again though.

    So my Mother in law is obsessed with US Politics and Donald Trump. Which boggles my mind because we are Canadian. She despises Trump and posts stuff constantly on Facebook about him. Check out the cake I had made for her. I can’t stop laughing.
    @jennfalzon1979 I think those who like watching US politics right now are those who don't live it everyday...just saying. It's like watching a train wreck, you can't look away.
    That cake though...is hilarious...
